Cowen Healthcare Royalty Partners invests principally in commercial stage healthcare products through the purchase of traditional passive royalties, the creation of synthetic royalties, and structured debt/equity instruments. CHRP invests in three distinct types of counterparties: (i) healthcare companies; (ii) academic, research and non-profit institutions; (iii) and inventors and seeks to structure creative transactions that maximize value for all parties involved.
